How does it work?
An employee fills out a simple form online (or calls a toll-free number to speak with a resolution manager) specifying his/her issue, work location, and so on. When the employee clicks the submit button, the issue is logged into the system. The employee receives a confirmation via email. At the same time, the particular manager designated to handle complaints for that location is also alerted by email, immediately notifying them of a new issue in their area.

Next, the manager logs his/her progress into the system for each complaint. The designated manager will have user-acess privileges to the system which are password protected. Each manager will be able to view only his/her complaints/issues. Once the matter is resolved, the complaint is sent to a database archive for future reference and report generation.

Oversight and Accountability:
Senior management will have a global view of all system users and the issues they are working on. At the Administrator level you will be able to track the progress of all matters in the system, as well as reassign an issue to a more appropriate manager if warranted. For instance: a complaint of sexual harassment is logged into the system for the Florida region, but your Florida HR manager has never handled a sexual harassment investigation before. You can either reassign the matter to a more experienced manager, or take on the issue yourself, thereby removing it from the Florida manager’s responsibility.

This tool is a great way to effectively manage a wide variety of employee issues and staff accountability, while efficiently resolving conflicts.

Reporting:
Specialized reports can be generated from customized searches of the archival database, providing a quick and valuable way to predict hot spots and identify trends, as well as identifying problematic managers and/or supervisors.
